Summary: This is a perfect place for a multigenerational family stay! I booked this for my son’s graduation from Penn State and stayed with my father and 23 year old son. This is a great option when all the hotels in State College are booked up and Penn State is a lovely 45 minute drive away. My father stayed on the first floor next to the bathroom and we were very comfortable in the bedrooms upstairs. The house is very clean and full of charming touches that appealed to everyone. My son gobbled up the snacks, my father appreciated the historical decorations and I loved the cheerful strawberry theme in the kitchen. My father and I had a wonderful experience enjoying our morning coffee on the front porch and talking away about life, prompted by the decorations in the house. It truly was a highlight of a momentous weekend. We didn’t get to stay very long because of all the graduation activities but we would definitely come back again to explore the area and relax!
